I believe the mirrorless m50 from canon to be the best lower budget camera you can get if you are looking to get into videography or photography. The only downfall of this camera is the usage of the 4k feature. Everyone loves a good 4k look and the m50 can do that but when using the 4k feature it crops the image, which isn’t a huge problem but it can be a nuisance to some consumers. The second downfall of the m50 and, I think is the biggest, is the battery life. The battery life in mirrorless cameras are shorter than you will find in a normal DSLR.

* 24MP APS-C sensor with Dual Pixel design

* 45 AF points, all of which are horizontally and vertically sensitive

* Built-in Wi-Fi with Bluetooth and NFC

* 1080p video at up to 60 fps with electronic IS

* Fully articulated 1.04M-dot rear LCD

The rebel series from Canon have proven to be the top favorite of many content creators around the world. The biggest threat to DSLR cameras seems to be the rise of Mirrorless cameras. The one thing that DSLR cameras have been able to continuously offer over mirrorless cameras is its battery life, the battery life of a DSLR is a lot longer than you will get in the smaller Mirrorless.
